    Broadcast receiver wired to the PendingIntent registered by AegisGeofenceManager.startMonitoring. Play Services invokes this when a monitored region's ENTER / EXIT transition fires.

    Decodes the GeofencingEvent, maps the transition to the canonical event name (geofence.entered / geofence.exited), collects the triggering geofence request-ids, and routes them to AegisGeofenceManager.handleTransition, which resolves each id back to its full AegisGeofenceManager.Geofence and emits the envelope.

    The SDK adds this receiver via manifest merge (declared in the SDK's AndroidManifest.xml); host apps don't need to declare it.
