Broadcast receiver wired to the notification's DeleteIntent (set on androidx.core.app.NotificationCompat.Builder.setDeleteIntent). Android invokes this when the user swipes the notification away or clears it via the shade — i.e. dismissed-without-tap.

push.dismissedto/v1/push/engagementvia AegisPushTracker in the canonical web v1.12 wire shape.The SDK adds this receiver via manifest merge; host apps don't need to declare it.
