      One subsystem failed to start. The others — analytics above all — are unaffected.

      🔴 Before this existed, configure() built every subsystem bare. A throw out of any manager's constructor propagated to the HOST's Application.onCreate(), and the SDK never reached performBootstrap: no isConfigured, no sdk_initialized, no onReady callback — ever, for the whole process. iOS had isolated its subsystems; Android had not.
