         final IncomingCallPayload fromMap(Map<String, Object> source)

        Parses a payload from a loosely typed map such as RemoteMessage.data or decoded notification extras.

        Tolerates both the current flat shape and the legacy shape where the whole payload is nested under a type key. The sender value may be a JSON string or a map; a malformed sender yields an empty Caller rather than an exception.
