REST facade for module JSON config schemas (JSONForms / graph editor).

Schemas are registered inline at module startup and stored in the platform DB + Apicurio. This endpoint does not call running module instances.

Runs on a virtual thread so the blocking DB/Apicurio lookups never pin the event loop.

Creates the resource bean. The schema retrieval handler it delegates to is supplied by CDI field injection.

Parameters:

name - the module name (path parameter)

version - the requested schema version; when null or blank the current schema is returned

Returns:

a 200 response carrying the schema, or a 404 when the module schema is not found
