TypeDescriptorIndex	In-memory index over the full-workspace protobuf descriptor snapshot baked into this service at build time (descriptors/pipestream-workspace.desc, a serialized DescriptorProtos.FileDescriptorSet produced by buf build over the entire pipestream-protos workspace).
