Composes the console reporter with the telemetry pipeline. Existing reportError(...) call sites keep logging to Logcat and additionally surface a generic sdk.init_failed event so nothing is lost; the more precise, typed events are emitted at the source sites (register/model/ws/task) via the reporter directly.
