Per-sdk-type settings served in the register response's configSettings (keyed by the server-resolved sdk type). Parsed leniently: a malformed or missing block must never fail registration — guardrails fall back to the hardcoded defaults in GuardrailConfig, the connection policy to the defaults in ConnectionPolicy.
