    Server→device live policy push (CONNECTION_POLICY_DESIGN.md §3.1): the same connection object as the register-time settings block, applied in place without a disconnect. The payload stays a raw JsonObject so it goes through the identical lenient/clamped parser (ai.zerogpu.android.sdk.api.model.ConnectionPolicy.parse) as channel 1.
