Identify the cross-platform wrapper driving this SDK, as a <wrapper>/<semver> tag (e.g. rn/0.5.0), emitted on the X-BugScreen-SDK-Wrapper request header (OPS-011).

For use by BugScreen's own React Native bridge only — app developers integrating the native Android SDK directly should not call this. The tag is informational (diagnostics/analytics); version-gating keys off the native transport header, not this value.

@JvmSynthetic hides it from Java callers entirely and keeps it out of the public ABI; @RestrictTo makes Kotlin callers outside the library group a lint error. The Kotlin RN bridge can still call it.
