    Convenience extension function to log a message directly to the user via Logcat. This is equivalent to calling InternalLogger.log with InternalLogger.Target.USER.
    
    Parameters:
    
    level - the severity level of the log.
    
    onlyOnce - whether only one instance of the message should be sent per lifetime of the logger.
    
    messageBuilder - the lambda building the log message.
