  Checks weather vast error should be tracked, replace error macro with specific error code and execute error tracker url's.

  Parameters:

  vastErrorUrls - list of vast error url's received in vast response.

  macroMap - Map of the VAST macros to be replaced with their values

  vastError - vast error with specific error code.
