        This method is called when the publisher has finished setting up his native ad view. The view hierarchy could be: NativeAdLayout -> PubNativeAdView The ad network SDKs require their native ad to be rendered inside the network view (NetworkNativeAdView) Since views can only have one parent, we want to end with the following hierarchy: NativeAdLayout -> NetworkNativeAdView -> PubNativeAdView To achieve this we move all child views of NativeAdLayout to a new container, and pass this container to the ad network as the native ad.
