  Constructs the reference response adapter. Returns the public DaroResponseAdapter seam (the concrete DefaultDaroResponseAdapter stays internal). Callers adapt a decoded envelope into platform-neutral candidate metadata without exposing the concrete type.

• makeDaroBidCandidateSelector

  Constructs the reference candidate selector. Returns the public DaroBidCandidateSelector seam (the concrete DefaultDaroBidCandidateSelector stays internal). Phase 0/1 selection yields the rank-1 candidate only, wrapped in a DaroSelectedCandidate; this is the sole public path that can mint a selection.

• makeDaroAdInfo

  Derives the legacy/billing DaroAdInfo view from a selected candidate. Every field is derived from selected.candidate (no raw bids.first fallback); networkName maps from the candidate's bidderName. The mapper stays internal; callers receive only the public value type.

The factory binds a DaroSelectedCandidate (the rank-1 guard) and a DaroAdRequestInput into an immutable attribution context; contextId/createdAt are injected.

• makeDaroCreativeSession

  Constructs a creative session (the state machine) for one selected candidate's context. Returns the public DaroCreativeSession seam (the concrete DaroCreativeSessionMachine stays internal). apply(event, at) follows the transition table with session-scoped, candidate-bound, by-eventType dedup and a terminal-state guard; the at timestamp is injected (no wall-clock in core).

• makeDaroCreativeLifecycleTracker

  Constructs the per-session tracker bound to a session and a billingReporter. Returns the public DaroCreativeLifecycleTracker seam (the concrete DefaultDaroCreativeLifecycleTracker stays internal). On an Accepted IMPRESSION it reports the impression then fires the burl billing notice once; on an Accepted CLICK it reports the click once; burl never fires on RENDER_SUCCESS, and no Duplicate/IgnoredAfterTerminal/Rejected transition bills.

• makeDaroInterstitialAdHandle
