Opt-in marker for rtb-core PUBLIC symbols that are SDK-INTERNAL seams — consumed by Daro loaders / mediation adapters / platform render bindings, NEVER by publishers. Such symbols must be public because the platform binding lives in a separate module (daro-rtb / DaroAdSDK). @RequiresOptIn makes every KOTLIN use an explicit, greppable opt-in. It is Kotlin-compiler-only (javac ignores it); Java access to the dangerous callable members is blocked separately with @JvmSynthetic.
